THE STAR WARDS

The Wars (Star Wars in English) is a series of films created by science fiction writer, producer and director George Lucas.
The films of the Star Wars have some familiarity with the films of Kung Fu, as well as Roman mythology. This coincidence is not accidental, because Lucas wanted to create a modern mythology, based on studies of his friend and mentor Joseph Campbell.
One of the most important films of the Star Wars, Lucas is that he created a world full of technology that seems to have been used for years and it seemed real, and combine it with traditional aspects, such as use light swords for Jedi.

The Wars is currently based in 6 films. Chronologically, the last 3 episodes (the original trilogy) were made long before the first 3 (the "prequel").
The plot of the movie is in "Long ago in a galaxy far, far away ...." Must pay attention to the four ellipses in this sentence. It seems that was a mistake in the first film, but remained in translations and other films. The phrase usually appears at the beginning of any story related). There has been for centuries a confrontation between the "bright side of the Force" (represented by the Jedi Knights, protectors of the galaxy) and the "dark side" (represented by the Sith).
